Energetic is a contemporary steel sculpture that explores the visual language of energy through rhythm, color, and form. Rising ten feet, the sculpture takes the shape of a tall hexagonal column that tapers elegantly at both the top and bottom, lending the piece a sense of dynamic lift and containment. Each face of the column is constructed from steel panels featuring wavy cutouts that create shifting patterns of light and shadow, suggesting movement and flow. These rhythmic voids guide the eye upward to the sculpture’s dramatic crown: a burst of wavy steel rods that extend outward like electrical discharges, evoking the high-voltage drama of a Tesla coil in action.

The surface of the sculpture is painted in a gradient that transitions from deep blue at the base to bright white at the top, enhancing the sense of energy rising and intensifying. This color shift, combined with the vibrating forms of the rods and cutouts, gives the impression that the sculpture is not static, but alive with motion; charged, radiant, and on the verge of release. Energetic transforms industrial material into a visual metaphor for unseen forces, capturing the essence of electrical energy as both a natural phenomenon and a symbol of human innovation and vitality.
